Like many apps or mobile services, Spot On requires a good cellular or Wi-Fi signal. Check your phone’s coverage status and/or Wi-Fi signal. We cannot be responsible for any failure to get a notification alert or extend parking because of failures in wireless service or due to failure or malfunctions with your wireless carrier.

Also, go to 'Menu' > 'Preferences' and make sure that the 'Remind me when my time is expiring (app notification)' option is selected. Check your phone’s Push Notification settings and make sure that your phone has service.
