You can log into the TransLink Park&Go app or translink.passportca.com to change your email address. From ‘My account’, go to ‘Profile’ and update your email address. If you signed up for the TransLink Park&Go app with your email address, you may not be able to edit it in the app or website. Please contact us to make the update for you.
