ParkRTC is a gateless, ticketless parking system based on license plate recognition. Upon entry, available parking spaces will be illuminated with a green light indicator and once you’ve parked the system will read your vehicle license plate. After parking, you need to pay for parking with one of the following payment options:
  1. ParkRTC app (download: App Store or Play Store)
  3. Phone: 571-485-7790
  4. Pay Stations (cash and credit cards accepted)
Please note:
  • All parking garages and street parking spaces are part of the ParkRTC system.
  • Parking is free on Saturdays & Sundays, major holidays, and major events.
  • Street parking is free on Sundays.
