You can ONLY validate a parking session if you started a parking session from the ParkRTC app (download: App Store or Play Store), credit card Pay Stations, or the Mobile Pay Website (parkrtc.ppprk.com). You CANNOT validate a parking session if you chose the cash Pay Station option or if you called 571-485-7790 to start your session. If you are eligible for parking validation, please ensure you take the following steps:

If you park with the ParkRTC app, you can enter a code to validate or discount your parking as you start a session or during an active session. On the payment screen, you can add the code along with other payment information. If you have an active session, you can add it on the active session details screen. You cannot add a validation or discount code to a session once it has ended.
