You can use one of the brightly colored multi-space meters that are available in the middle of each block for card or coin payment. The color of the multi-space meter indicates the payment zone (orange for 3+, purple for 2+, and green for E). If you do not have a license plate number, you can pay with the last 8 digits of your VIN.
