If you receive a violation when you have parked using Green P Mobile Pay at a non-gated (pay-and-display) parking lot, you can contest your ticket by following these steps:
1. Click on the Profile icon at the top right of the home screen to get to My Account
2. Click Parking History
3. Click on the session in question
4. Take a screenshot of the Transaction Details, or click Email Receipt
5. Send an e-mail to customerservice@greenp.com, and include a screenshot of your Transaction Details or a screenshot of your Email Receipt to show verification of payment
If you receive a violation when you have parked using Green P Mobile Pay at an on-street parking location and have received a Parking Infraction Notice (PIN), please contact Parking Tag Operations by phone at 416-397-TAGS (8247) or email parkingtags@toronto.ca.
