Refunds cannot be processed through the SAPark app.

To request a refund, please contact the San Antonio Parking Administration at (210) 207-3677 or downtown@sanantonio.gov. Please provide all necessary details related to your request and you will be contacted as soon as possible with either an approval or denial of your refund.
