1. Your cell phone may be trying to connect to a local WiFi and is blocking the cellular network connection.  

Turn off the phone’s WiFi and try again.

2. Are you purchasing AHS staff or physician parking? These parking zones are restricted to registered vehicles. Please contact 1-855-535-1100 or ProvincialParking@ahs.ca to ensure your license plate(s) are accurately registered.

3. In the odd case, the app may need to be reinstalled. If all else fails, please delete the AHS Parking app & reinstall it. This will reset & upgrade the app to the newest version.
